Our group program is for those who like a full community vibe—having others to compare insights with, share experiences and revelations.
Each week you’ll learn the real science behind a different topic in the field of nutrition, exercise, or behavior change. You’ll also learn how to think through and evaluate some of the fitness and nutrition fads in the marketplace today—critical skills you can use on your own later.
You’ll set an actionable experiment to try during the week. During the next session, you’ll discuss how it went and how to adapt your approach, if needed.Every session has time set aside for the group to ask questions, get explanations, and have some thoughtful conversation.

This program is for those who don’t necessarily want a group dynamic, but do want to go into depth on topics of your choosing. For example:
• Have you been wanting to do a deep-dive into nutrition?
• Would you like help training for your next ultra-marathon?
• Maybe you want to understand how exercise and nutrition change post-menopause?
• Are you looking for ways to increase your metabolism, in general?Lifestyle topics, or athletic performance issues, we can teach you the science and create a plan for you. As many or as few sessions as you want, this program’s tailored entirely to you.
